If you're placing a Miracle II order over $70 with the intent of receiving free shipping, a case discount, or both (remember: the free shipping is only available to addresses within the Lower 48 United States), you will need to provide us with a bonafide check to the above address. Be sure to include your shipping address and a contact phone number with your first letter or email to us. If you're in a hurry, live outside the Lower 48, don't care about the discounts or free shipping, or don't want to follow the mail-a-check-and-wait-for-it-to-clear routine, please feel free to order by credit card.

You can also ask us to create that special webpage for your specific Miracle II products order. We're happy to do it, and we'll let you know as soon as it's ready.

Be sure to include you name, address, phone number and a (very-very) brief statement of the problem(s) you want addressed -- as a conversation starting point. Such a statement should be no longer than one to three sentences. Just the problem. Not a detailed history of the problem. You will be able to elaborate and provide this information later.

Holographic Repatterning sessions run from $75 in her office to $110 if Sheryl uses a Proxy, paid in advance. Client uses her/his phone for all but brief call-me-back calls from the Practitioner. Sessions normally complete in one to three hours. If a session runs over four hours, then a fee for a second session will accrue.
